The English for Telephone Course in our business English programs is for everyone involved in business life (senior managers, mid-level managers, executive candidates, secretaries, sales departments, human resources, accounting, business development departments, R&D departments, etc.) As English is the primary language for business, the language can be used and developed in many ways.
The English for Telephoning Course is designed to help participants learn English and the skills needed to make phone calls in English effectively. The duration of this program may vary according to the needs of the individuals and companies. It can be taught as a 1, 2 or 3-day Workshop program or in 2-hour sessions over the course of the month. The program is designed for 1 to 1 education or for groups, and it takes an average of 16 hours for individuals to complete the program according to their personal needs.
The program is designed for individuals and groups whose English level is intermediate and above and who need assistance with speaking on the phone, providing customer service, taking notes and dealing with unhappy customers.
Since the needs of individuals and groups vary greatly, we plan our programs by evaluating the corporate culture and the individual needs of the student. Before the training, we make an in-depth needs analysis. In the trainings, the interactive training method is utilized, in which the participants learn new words that can be used in phone calls, gain telephoining skills and apply them in the lessons. Participants receive training with this dynamic approach, in which our instructors continuously provide feedback and ensure the participation of students in the course. For this approach to be effective, it is recommended that the number of participants in the class should not exceed 8 people for face to face lessons and 4 people for online lessons.
